- Owned the backend for a staking platform that grew from a handful of early users to tens of thousands of wallets, rewriting the rewards engine in Go and cutting payout batch time from about 40 minutes to under 5.
- Designed and shipped the smart-contract layer (Solidity + Foundry) for a new delegated-staking product, including audit prep, slashing logic, and a migration path that didn't require users to re-stake.
- Rebuilt the deploy pipeline on Kubernetes and Terraform with blue/green rollouts, proper secrets handling, and alerting that actually pages you for the right reasons — on-call noise dropped by roughly 70%.
- Stood up an internal RAG assistant (LangChain + pgvector over runbooks and Solidity contracts) that support and ops lean on daily; cut average incident triage time nearly in half.
- Mentored three mid-level engineers through promotion, ran weekly architecture reviews, and authored the backend style guide the team still follows.
